Our Environmental Practices
Scrap Aluminium Recycling
All aluminium trim, slug offcuts, and rejected parts are segregated and sold to certified aluminium recyclers. We track scrap volumes monthly and set reduction targets year-on-year.
Water Treatment & Recycling
Our surface treatment line uses a multi-stage rinse system with water recirculation. Effluent is treated through our in-house ETP before discharge — meeting Gujarat Pollution Control Board norms.
Chemical Use Reduction
We continuously evaluate our surface treatment chemistry to reduce hazardous chemical use — transitioning to lower-impact alternatives wherever technically feasible.
Energy Monitoring
Smart energy metering is installed on our press lines, surface treatment units, and compressed air systems — allowing us to identify and eliminate energy waste proactively.
LED & Efficient Lighting
Our entire manufacturing floor and office has been upgraded to LED lighting, reducing lighting energy consumption by over 60% compared to fluorescent systems.
Minimal Packaging
