Three-Stage Quality Inspection
Our quality checks happen at three critical points to catch and correct issues before they reach the next stage.
Incoming QC
Raw material verification — every batch of aluminium slugs is tested for purity, dimensions, weight, and surface quality before production begins.

In-Process QC

Final QC & Testing
Before dispatch, 100% of bottles are pneumatically leak tested, visually inspected, and a statistical sample is dimensionally measured against the approved drawing.
